How to fill the urn

An ash bag, a cable tie, a cleaning cloth and double-sided sealing tape rated for high tensile strength are all supplied. The ashes can be placed directly into the urn or held within the ash bag, depending on your preference. If you would prefer not to handle the filling yourself, your crematorium or funeral director can do this for you. Should the urn ever need to be reopened at a later stage, the maker's technical team can assist with that too.

Practical considerations

This urn is designed for indoor use. The grade 316 stainless steel construction is fully resistant to moisture, and the sealed closure is airtight, so ashes can be placed loosely inside with confidence. That said, if you think the ashes may need to be transferred at some point in the future, keeping them in the supplied ash bag is a sensible precaution. A 10-year guarantee applies to the urn, and a 30-day return window is available if, for any reason, it is not the right choice.

Laser engraving and personalization

Laser engraving is available as an option for this cremation urn. A focused laser beam works across the stainless steel surface with precision, guided by computer, so fine detail and portrait images are reproduced accurately. Images can be rendered in grayscale or color. When you place your order, you will be able to select the engraving option and upload your chosen image or design directly. The higher the resolution of the file you provide, the sharper the result. If you have a completely bespoke design in mind, a custom model can also be developed with you from scratch.
