Shipping Policy legendURN
All orders are shipped quickly and securely from our distribution center in the Netherlands, with international delivery available worldwide.
At legendURN, an average delivery takes about 5 working days after receiving your payment to our account (international bank to bank transfer is 4–5 working days). Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. If we receive your order after 12 noon EST, it will be processed the following working day. Because packages must pass through customs clearance, we cannot predict exact delivery time frames on international shipments.
We ship via major carriers like DHL and FedEx to North and South America, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. We ship to other countries as well.
Free Shipping
Unlike many other websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, legendURN offers free shipping on all orders placed on our website by consumers, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. legendURN understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
Import duties, taxes and tariffs
Items being shipped will be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported to. We ship our products under the so called 'Delivered duty paid' (DDP) principle. This is a delivery agreement whereby legendURN assumes all the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods until the buyer receives or transfers them at the destination port. This agreement includes paying for shipping costs, export and import duties, insurance, and any other expenses incurred during shipping to an agreed-upon location in the buyer's country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it could cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If your currency is not available in our checkout page, please let us know by filling in our contact form and the SKU(s) of the article(s) you are interested in. A legendURN Customer Service Representative will contact you as soon as possible.
For personalized items, please allow additional processing time. Please keep in mind that our carriers do not deliver on Sunday or major holidays. If necessary, we can customize your delivery to your needs. If an additional delivery charge is required after your order has been submitted, a legendURN Customer Service Representative will reach out to you. Your credit card will not be charged the additional delivery fee without your approval.

How can I check my order status?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team. We’re happy to help.
Can I place an order and have it delivered elsewhere?
Yes, you can. On checkout, you will have the option of having your order billed to one address and shipped to a different address.
I need to change my shipping or billing address
If you need to update your shipping or billing address, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can adjust your details as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your parcel is on its way, changes can no longer be made; however, we will do our best to assist you in arranging an alternative solution with our courier partner.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the package may need to be re-routed to the correct destination, which can cause delays. Please ensure that the full and accurate address is entered during checkout to avoid any issues.
LegendURN cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect address details, natural events (such as severe weather), courier errors, or other circumstances beyond our control.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Payments made by credit card or PayPal are processed immediately, allowing for faster dispatch. If you use another payment method such as a bank transfer, please note that it may take 3–4 additional business days for your payment to clear before your order can be shipped.
If you need an item sooner than the indicated delivery time, please contact us. We will gladly check whether earlier dispatch is possible.
Where can I access tracking information?
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. This link allows you to follow your parcel in real time. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact our customer service at [email protected], and we will resend your tracking details.
Does engraving delay shipping?
Yes, engraving or personalisation may slightly extend the processing time of your order. The exact delay depends on the complexity of the engraving and the current workload in our workshop. We always strive to complete personalised items as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. In general: 5–10 business days, depending on customs and local postal services. Please note that external factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions or public holidays may occasionally affect delivery times.
