The 'Oval tree' carries a ten-year guarantee. All memorial items are also covered by a 30-day return period. If you need to return the urn within that window, no reason is required.

Secure, sealed and suited to outdoor placement

Grade 316 stainless steel is one of the most durable materials available for a funeral urn intended for outdoor use. Unlike ceramic, glass or natural stone, it carries no risk of moisture absorption, frost damage or accidental breakage. The closure is fully airtight and resistant to high tensile force, so the ashes can be placed in the urn directly without concern. An ash bag is included should you wish to keep future options open.

Filling the urn

Everything needed to fill and seal the urn is supplied with it. The process is straightforward. Place the ash bag into the urn so that part of it remains outside the opening; use that outer section as a funnel to pour in the ashes. Secure the bag with the included cable tie and push it fully inside. If you prefer not to use the ash bag, a household funnel is recommended to avoid spillage. Once filled, make sure the inner rim is clean and free from dust, grease or moisture using the cloth provided. Peel the protective film from the lid, position it carefully against the rim, and press it home in a single firm movement. A correctly seated lid will sit flush with the body of the urn. The crematorium or funeral director can carry out the filling if you would prefer not to do so yourself. If the urn ever needs to be reopened, a technician can assist.
