Clean lines, lasting connection

A keepsake urn should feel considered, not generic. The Cube is a small stainless steel mini urn for ashes built around a simple idea: straight lines that meet, forming something whole. It is a quiet, geometric shape that holds real meaning, because the bond between people does not end.

Design and symbolism

The cube form is not decorative for its own sake. Lines that converge from every direction and arrive at the same point speak to connection, to something that continues. If you are looking for a way to keep a small portion of ashes close, the Cube offers that in a form that sits comfortably indoors or outside, present without demanding attention.

Crafted in grade 316 stainless steel

This keepsake urn is handmade by specialist craftspeople in the Netherlands using grade 316 stainless steel. That grade matters. Type 316 offers significantly better corrosion resistance than the more commonly used type 304, which means it holds up properly whether you keep it on a shelf, in a garden, or in a more exposed setting. The brushed surface is finished in a specific direction, so light catches it differently depending on the angle. The result is a quiet, shifting gloss rather than a flat shine.

Filling and sealing

All the accessories you need to fill and seal the urn are included: an ash bag, a cable tie, a cleaning cloth, and a double-sided sealing tape rated for high tensile load. The process is straightforward. The ash bag acts as a funnel, the urn closes with the tape, and when the cap is pressed flush, the base sits completely flat. If you would prefer not to fill the urn yourself, the crematorium or funeral director can do this for you. Should the urn ever need to be reopened, the maker's team can assist.

Practical considerations

Stainless steel is one of the most forgiving materials for a memorial piece. It does not corrode, it tolerates humidity, and it requires no special maintenance. Grade 316, the specification used here, is the same alloy used in marine environments, so outdoor placement is not a concern. The seal is airtight and resistant to high pulling force, which means ashes can be placed loose inside the urn if you prefer, though the included ash bag gives you more flexibility if you anticipate moving the ashes at a later stage. This cremation urn comes with a 10-year guarantee, and there is a 30-day return window if you change your mind after ordering.

Personalization and lead time

Laser engraving is available as an option on this urn for ashes. A laser-guided process works directly into the steel surface with precision, and imagery can be reproduced in gray tones or in color. The quality of the final result depends on the resolution of the file you supply: a high-resolution image will engrave cleanly and in fine detail. When you order, you will be prompted to upload your chosen image and select your preferred option.

Because each urn is made by hand in the Netherlands, please allow four to six weeks for delivery. In practice, dispatch is often sooner, but that is the realistic window the makers work to. If you need a current lead-time estimate before ordering, the team is happy to confirm via chat or email.
