Caring for sterling silver

Silver is a precious metal, but it does need a little attention. Sterling silver can tarnish with exposure to moisture, perfume, or acidic perspiration. After contact with water, dry the pendant gently with a soft cloth. When you are not wearing it, store it in a sealed pouch or small box to protect the surface. Kept this way, the pendant holds its finish and remains a dignified place for what you are choosing to carry close.
